David began his recruitment career in 1998 in London working for a leading international recruitment organisation initially in an operational capacity, supporting the opening of several of its international offices before joining the consulting team.

In 2005 founded the LDI group who worked within the same international organisation for 15+ years before launching LDI Search to take the groups evolution in a new direction.

David’s 20+ years recruiting experience has had a niche focus specialising in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Operations primarily within the Healthcare and Consumer Goods field supporting Medical Device, Pharma, FMCG etc clients with their talent solutions.

Globally experienced with a deep understanding of his specialist focus areas David has worked with blue chip organisations, SME’s and start ups companies to attract the best talent available for their business needs, irrespective of location. Working on domestic, regional, and international projects across US, UK, EMEA, Asia Pack and Latin America.

David is accustomed to managing complex, confidential, and diverse searches that require multi locational involvement that are time sensitive and business critical.

Following a successful career in a consumer goods focused environment Liz started her career journey in recruitment in 2005 co-founding the LDI group. Redirection into recruitment felt like a natural evolution having managed large teams previously she had seen first-hand the negative commercial impact of a poor talent souring which inspired the passion to provide a service facilitating quality recruitment solutions.

Originally responsible for the growth of the Operations division within the LDI group focusing on the consumer and manufacturing sectors her niche speciality areas now cover Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and the Operational discipline areas supporting clients within the Healthcare (MedTech, Pharma, Animal Health), Manufacturing and FMCG sectors. As an experienced Key Account Manager, she has 18+ years’ experience building partnerships with large blue-chip organisations, SME’s and startups, delivering targeted recruitment solutions.

Geographically focused on the global stage, working with both clients and candidates internationally in both domestic and global positions. Liz has a lot of experience working cross culturally, supporting career aspirations and talents need irrespective of location.
