We have the pleasure of working with a world leader within the medical device sector who due to promotion is looking to recruit a Site Head of Quality for one of their division’s most important locations.
Reporting to the Global Head of Quality this is a high impact leadership opportunity that will shape quality strategy, strengthen compliance and drive operational excellence. The role will serve as the Quality Management Representative, be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the QMS and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
The role will lead a skilled team, partner cross functionally across operations and play a pivotal role ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
To be considered for this role our client is seeking an individual who is educated to degree level within an engineering or equivalent subject, have at least 10 years quality exposure within the medical device field and have prior leadership experience within a quality operational environment.
This is an excellent role for a strong leader who has prior exposure to raising quality cultural, improving compliance and shaping the strategy of a quality organisation.
